I earned the AWS Alexa Skill Builder certification in early 2019.

It was the practical follow up to the voice work I had been doing at R/GA, including the Assassin’s Creed Spartan skill and the Adweek piece on how badly these assistants handled accents. It is easier to argue about a platform’s limits when you have shipped on it.
